Full Planning Applications

There are various types of planning application dependent on the project size, location, whether a Listed Building etc.

If a planning application is necessary, the next task will be to draw up the finally agreed sketch designs on CAD.

In most cases a Design & Access Statement will also be required. This document sets out to describe in detail and justify all design decisions and explain how the application complies with relevant planning policies.

Various other documents may also be necessary to accompany an application, dependent on the project size, use and complexity.

In most cases, planning applications take approximately 8 or 13 weeks to be determined by the local authority, dependent on their size.

A local authority fee is chargeable for all planning applications.
